Things going Great

Wow i am really bad at this blog thing!! You would figure that i am home all day with the kids that i would have time to do this, but no i am forever busy doing something!!

Well things are going really great on this end. Almost too good lol i am kinda waiting for "the other shoe to drop" but at the same time i am enjoying not to have to stress about everything. And to top it all off i just heard that my best friend in the whole world (who i miss dearly) is pregnant with twins!! I am so happy for her i can't even explain it.

For those that don't know Hailey has moved up here (right after xmas) and she is doing great!! She is adjusting well to being here which i didn't think she would have problems with and she is doing great in school too. I was a little worried about the difference in the schools but it is like she has been there all along, she has gotten nothing but A's. And the boys love havimg there Sissy around all the time. They wait in the window and watch for her to come home from school, it is very sweet :-)

Another good thing is it is Tax Time!! I love tax time!! We have decided to upgrade our computers. I am so excited about that, mine is about on its last leg here. Constantly restarting which is a pain when you are in the middle of something. So in a few weeks i should basically have a brand new computer :-)

I think the only thing that isn't going so great is my Blood Pressure. Once again it is up there. But i finally found a good Dr that has the pay scale (since i have no insurance on myself) so i have an appt on Friday so hopefully i can get that back under control!!

Been a While

Wow!! It has been a while!! I guess I have been real busy :-) I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday season.

We had a great Christmas!! My mom and brother came up from Florida for a week and i couldn't have asked for anything better for Christmas!! It was so great to see them, it had been way to long! We mostly just hung out cause we all got sick (yeah that part sucked).

Poor Alex that was the first time he has ever been puking sick, the poor kid is still traumatized over it! I swear he went into convulsions after he puked. And now because the first thing i did after he puked in the car the first time is put him in the bath tub, the child who use to LOVE bath time now screams bloody murder at the mention of a bath :(

Hailey also moved up here during winter break!! I am so very happy about that. It is a big change around here for everyone but i think all will be well. I got her registered for school yesterday and she started and had a half day yesterday as well. And as far as i can tell she had a great time!!

My baby of all babies turned 1 last weekend as well!! We had a family get together for it and he had a great time too. He didn't even make a mess with his cake :-) He ate it so nicley

Well my boys are screaming for some reason or another so i guess i better go seperate them before it gets ugly lol

Happy Holidays

Wow! I can't believe it has been almost a month since i have posted. I guess i have been busier than i thought. I never realize how busy i am, i stay home with the kids all the time so it doesn't seem like i do a lot. But i guess when i sit and think about it i really do. Heck just today i got up at 7 took care of the kids, started working on Christmas presents, cleaned the house and baked an apple pie and it is only 2pm. I know there are a lot of little things in between all that, that i have done as well. Damn no wonder why i am so tired by the time the kids go to bed!! lol

Well we started our Christmas decorating this weekend :-) We got the tree up and Andy and I put the lights and garland on it and the kids did the rest. It is very unique looking, lol, the majority of the decorations and candy canes are on the top portion of the tree so i can make sure Alex and Jayden stay away from it. We have half the outside decorated too. It rained most of the weekend so Andy couldn't put the lights up on the roof, but we did get the porch all decorated :-) Hopefully it won't rain next weekend so we can finish that.

I also FINALLY started my Christmas shopping yesterday!!! I am far from done but at least i can say it is started lol. I pretty much got the older 2 boys done, i need to get 1 more thing for Chandler and stocking stuffers. Now i have Hailey and the 2 babies to shop for, but they are all easy :-)

We had a nice Thanksgiving, we drove down to Granny's house and it is always so nice to see everyone. I wish we didn't live so far away from each other, but we do. And i am sure more families that i can count have the same situation.

Well i guess that is it for today, back to working on Christmas presents (I hope i can get done what i want to before i run out of time!! lol )

Almost That Time

Well it is about that time, The Holiday Season!! My favorite time of the year :-)
Am i ready for it? of course not. I am and always have been one of those last minute shoppers. I do have an idea on what we will get for the children and i am sure they will all be happy.

But it is not all about xmas and gifts. Thanksgiving is around the corner as well and that is what starts all the festivities. I am grateful to be around and have my family, all of them not just my children. We are going down to Granny's house for Thanksgiving like we do every year and that is always fun and hectic at the same time. So many people in such a short time and we have 2 new ones to the family this year that will be there first Holiday Season, Jayden and Kirsten (my lil niece) and that is always exciting.

While we may not be able to spend Thanksgiving with my family, my Mom is suppose to come up around xmas time. I am not sure if it will be before, for or after xmas, but none the less i am very excited about it. I have not seen my mom in roughly 3 years and although i talk to her often i miss her greatly. She will be able to finally meet her grandsons and i am sure she is ecstatic about that, i know i am. And after the Holidays my Dad may come up for a visit as well. Again i have not seen him in 3 years and he hasn't met his grandsons yet so i am very excited about that as well!

So all in all i believe that it will be a great Holiday Season!!

I'm Back

Well it has been almost a month since i have been here. My internet has been down for a while, just got it turned back on Friday. Some bills are just more important than others. Well a lot has been going on in the past few weeks, although most of it i can't talk about at the moment as i do not need some things to get out yet (and no i am NOT pregnant lol). But i have been pretty busy and when the time comes i will say what is going on.

I hope all had a fun and safe Halloween!! This is the first year i actually took Alex out and he had a blast. I had him in his stroller for a little while and then i let him out to walk. It was funny he would chase his older brothers from house to house!! He made out good on candy his little ghost bag was full. He went right to sleep when we got home, the poor thing was exhausted but unfortunately he had nightmares all night long so it was a sleepless night for mama.

Jayden had his 9 month check up as well. My little man weighs 22 pounds and is a little over 2 feet tall, he is catching up to Alex fast!! His appointment went well he looks great and is healthy. He is starting to get more vocal too!! He can say Mama. Dada. and Bubba (that is what we call Alex). And now that Jay has started talking Alex has gotten a lot more vocal as well!! That makes me real happy hopefully he will start talking soon too. Jay has also learned how to pull himself up by holding onto the furniture and he can furniture walk as well!! My boys are growing too fast!!!

Well i know a lot more has happened. but my boys are going crazy at the moment, so til next time :-)

Another day

Well it has been one of those weeks. As you know from before our car died. The transmission went and it had a cracked block, really not worth fixing. Well because of this Andy missed a week of work and school, not good at all. Then on top of all that i am short on my bills this month because of it, after putting 65 dollars in gas in other vehicles and 40 dollars for a bus ticket i have no extra money. So if i disappear for a couple weeks, I will be back.

On a brighter note we did get a new car :-) Thanks to granny. I really don't know what we would do without her!! Neither one of us has the credit to buy a new car (hopefully that will change soon cause we are working on it) So Granny went and got us a car and we will pay her every month until the car is paid off. And Andy is happy because it is a Saturn, i think he is obsessed with those cars lol.

Well i was suppose to meet with Alex's dr today, but because of his age the insurance will not approve it. That is such BS but there isn't anything i can do about it. I know i can not afford to pay cash for it. I have to wait til he is 3 and then they will cover it. They say it is hard to analyze a 2 year old. But is it really so much easier to analyze a 3 year old?!?!?! We are hoping that with Jay starting to babble more and saying his couple of words that will help Alex begin to talk again, but i guess we will see.

Not really mych else to say, most of the week was stressing about a car, but that issue is solved now. So til next time.

When it Rains, it Pours

Well here it is another day. Hopefully it will be a little better than yesterday. Alex was suppose, or rather i was suppose to go and meet with the psychologist today and i had to reschedule that for next week. I am really bummed about having to do that cause i really wanted to get this going, but unfortunately Shit happens!!

Our car has officially died and we have no vehicle at the moment. Not only does it have a cracked block but the transmission has decided to go out as well!! Andy left to go to work yesterday morning and pulled back in 30 mins later. When i asked what he was doing home he then told me that he never made it far. He made it to the stop sign at the end of the street that by car only takes less than a minute to get to and it took him 30 mins to get there and back home!! So now we must go car shopping, not that i can afford but thank god for Granny (i love her) she is going to help us out :-)

A couple good notes about yesterday, Alex said POPCORN!!!! I was so excited last night when he said it. He was sitting on the side of me eating his popcorn and he held out a piece to me and said popcorn! I about jumped off the couch i was so happy and Andy thought it was hysterical. Also my sister in law was admitted to the hospital yesterday to be induced to have her baby, so she should have it sometime today :-) I am just waiting for the phone call.

Well that is it for today i think, i have lots to do and not enough time to do it in as usual lol
